(Specific to Evolving Franchisors)

Program Purpose

“In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins: cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later.”
Harold Geneen

An American businessman, most famous for serving as president of the ITT Corporation.

Program Synopsis

The diagnosis covers areas of current franchise expansion strategies and objectives, accumulated wealth of managerial and operational expertise, legal status of the franchisor company, corporate culture, leadership and management style(s), corporate hierarchy, organizational structure, departmental workflow, standards of total quality management, and internal auditing systems.

This analytical process is supported by a financial scrutiny of the business concept, estimated turnover, gross, and net profitability and how it can be replicated in the targeted domestic, regional, and international markets.

Via benchmarking the findings to industry best practices, the consultant will provide recommendations for a change management approach, business process re-engineering and re-conceptualization of the franchised model/unit(s) to restructure the business and to make franchising the core of the managerial and operational systems of the company to achieve the desired growth and financial returns.

As part of the program, the consultant will produce a complete report echoing the other fold of the franchise model including product and service mix, supply chain, means of transferring the business system and knowhow, launch marketing assistance and other elements of the initial and ongoing support to franchisees.

Program Language: English or Arabic subject to client’s requirements.
