Undertake a complete evaluation of the clients existing franchise model and provide recommendations on improving the franchise management and marketing systems.

Program Synopsis

An audit process covering the current method of operating the franchise system, available resources, management style(s), administration procedures, staff expertise and knowhow, and training and support services to franchisees.

Emphasizing the potential areas of improvement for a more successful and profitable growth strategy, the consultant will offer advice and guidance for the alignment of corporate resources towards a clearer pathway on the route to achieving improved franchise expansion plans and financial returns.

The consultant will produce a complete franchise health check report highlighting the strengths and weaknesses inherent in the franchise business and the means of capitalizing on the strengths and turning weaknesses into opportunities.

The report will also include a three-year franchise financial analysis, including potential revenue generators and the estimated income/profit for all parties involved.
