Program Purpose

Research and identify retailers/brands (Potential Tenants) interested in leasing retail space in shopping malls/centers/plazas/complexes/arcades, residential compounds, commercial areas/buildings, trade centers, hypermarkets, bazaars, department/super stores, and outlet and discount stores.

Program Synopsis

At the outset of this program, the consultant will interrogate an organically built database to identify potential tenants who are interested in leasing retail space in the client’s real estate property.

Upon receipt of confirmation of interest from potential tenant(s), the consultant will provide their details to the client for approval.

The consultant will manage the interest of potential tenants and make introductions and arrange for meetings with the client to discuss space possibilities and lease arrangements and will follow up on the degree of interest of each potential tenant to a stage where they show commitment for signing a tenancy contract.

During this process, the consultant will share periodical reports with the client summarizing the overall status of interest shown by potential tenants.
