DFAP is a comprehensive, impact-driven franchise stimulus program with the purpose of boosting SME businesses.
Starting with a nationwide mapping of the franchise ecosystem, DFAP aims at identifying the most suitable franchise formats for long-term and sustainable franchise growth in a country.
The program focuses on small, micro and Nano Franchise™ for both domestic and inward product and service-oriented innovative and non-displacing franchise brands, which allow for the transfer of knowhow, education, scale-up and skill development of entrepreneurs, franchisors, franchisees, and government and private sector franchise suppliers and service providers.

By means of education and capacity-building, the program aspires to support job creation plans and grow the number of low start-up, turn-key franchise businesses.

As an added value to the project and through franchise system development techniques, franchise scale-up programs will be provided to qualified local franchisors and master franchisees based on agreed selection criteria to equip them with the tools necessary for franchise business development and expansion.
The program also includes scalable milestones and deliverables for creative schemes of employment generation, franchise career advancement tools, formulation of franchise models specific to certain industries and services, and providing incentives to reward excellence and outstanding performance of franchisors, franchisees, and support service providers.
