The “Women in Franchising Initiative” embraces female entrepreneurs’ unique leadership potential, and aims at helping them pave their way to success in franchising.

Special emphasis will be given to the development of a dedicated user-specific web portal and social media platforms, in addition to the planning and execution of specialized women in franchising events and award programs.
As an additional benefit of the program, and based on agreed qualifying criteria, a franchise scale-up program will be provided for five selected female owned businesses to support their growth in terms of organizational structure, number of business units, market accessibility and revenues.
